Supply Chain Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Delivery Manager to join our team at NatWest Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global supply chain strategies and solutions that align with our business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the development and management of our supply base, including identifying and onboarding new suppliers, managing supplier performance, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of supply chain solutions, and will be responsible for shaping and executing our stakeholder management strategy to deliver an excellent supply chain service.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of commodity and supply chain markets, as well as experience in contract law and legal knowledge relevant to supply chain. You will also need to have a proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain models and negotiating complex deals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can take ownership of resolving issues within a procurement environment and drive business outcomes through effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies and solutions
  • Support the development and management of our supply base
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers
  • Manage supplier performance and implement cost-saving initiatives
