They are now expanding their operations within the UK and are looking for a passionate Recruitment Operations Lead to spearhead their operational efforts and play a vital role in their team.

As the UK operations are in a nascent stage, they are in search of individuals who possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute to the growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure seamless and effective processes.
  • Manage administrative and personal assistant tasks to support the broader team.
  • Monitor and maintain precise financial records and timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with PES regulations.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to enhance agency service visibility.
  • Establish back-office functions and seek opportunities to enhance and automate processes through your expertise.

This position has the potential to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer role, making your expertise crucial in transforming the back office into a streamlined operation, thereby positioning you as a key leader in the organization.


Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage an office efficiently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in the recruitment sector is essential.
