JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Assistant Retail Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged. You will embody the brand's image and values while collaborating closely with the Store Manager to effectively oversee store operations and lead the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and exploring profit enhancement opportunities.
  • Set daily and weekly sales objectives for the store team to elevate overall performance.
  • Track KPIs and team performance by generating reports and updating the Store Manager on strategic action plans.
  • Manage operational costs and store functions, including inventory control, payroll, administrative tasks, and scheduling.
  • Inspire, motivate, and nurture your team through effective training, coaching, and product knowledge sharing.
  • Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store.

  • Excellent customer service skills with prior experience in team leadership and development.
  • Proven track record of meeting and driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Previous experience in managing store operations, inventory, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate your team to surpass KPIs.
