Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Sales Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT Retail Ltd. as part of our upcoming mid-season sale.

About the Role: As a Sales Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing fast and friendly service to our customers, working on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or both. Your duties will include:

  • Offering excellent customer service at all times, helping customers find the perfect products.
  • Assisting with stock management, including receiving, storing, and replenishing stock.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom environment.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving performance targets.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, supportive, and able to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to evidence your right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
