Job Title: Flexible Retail Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, replenish stock as needed, and ensure that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Problem Solving: Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
