Job Description

Job Title: Sales Associate - Retail Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of a team that creates exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to customer needs.
  • Sales and Replenishment: Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, and maintain the highest retail standards by replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting.
  • Stock Management: Manage and oversee stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries to completing audits and maintaining the stock room.
  • Adaptability: Be open to customer feedback and adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day, taking ownership of tasks that may go beyond the role expectation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of competitor activity, and take part in supplier training.
  • Problem-Solving: Go above and beyond to resolve issues for customers and adapt your approach to each individual customer.

  • Communication Skills: Great communicator with the ability to positively engage with all types of customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Well-informed and knowledgeable about products and competitors.
  • Sales and Service Expertise: Known to be a sales and service expert, using these skills to deliver exceptional service each time.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to go above and beyond to resolve issues for customers.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to business needs and happy to take ownership of tasks that may go beyond the role expectation.
