About the Role

Mind Retail is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our shop, working closely with the Shop Manager and the wider team to deliver sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Shop Manager in the overall performance of the shop, including sales, customer service, and shop standards.
  • Take full responsibility for the shop while the Shop Manager is away, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work with the team to produce excellent shop standards and deliver outstanding customer service, creating a hub for the local community.
