We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Manage staff and maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
