Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including managing staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, stock management, and promotional activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stock Control: Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing stock, to ensure that the store is fully stocked and that stock levels are maintained at the required levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the store is maintained in a safe and clean condition, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Passion for Retail: A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Training and Development: Willingness to undertake industry-leading training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
