About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional Point of Sale (POS) services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Point-of-Sale Campaigns: Ensure that POS campaigns are executed to deliver the business plan, reinforce brand values, and provide relevant and engaging content for the target customer.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal production teams to develop and execute effective and impactful POS campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure excellent communication.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Content Creation: Support the planning and production process of all POS material, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing POS campaigns and client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
