Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to become a vital part of our Global Sales Support Team. This role is based at our Head Office and is essential in providing administrative assistance to our Key Accounts Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and manage telephone inquiries while adhering to specified response times.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, customer demographics, and international markets.
  • Support general administrative tasks as assigned by the Key Accounts team and departmental managers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient administration skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
