ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in search of an Assistant Manager for our upcoming Peter Alexander store. Success in this role requires a strong motivation to drive sales and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with the expectation of availability during weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets and KPIs
  • Assist in the training and development of the store team to enhance productivity
  • Promote a safe working environment for both team members and customers
  • Manage daily stock operations to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Support the implementation of visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates
  • Assist in creating the store schedule in alignment with trading profiles

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in team development and coaching
  • Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to deliver a unique and genuine customer experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales, wage, KPI, and stock loss targets
  • Experience in visual merchandising based on provided briefs
