Job Overview
Care Managers is in search of a committed Senior Tenancy Management Specialist to oversee tenancy enforcement and enhance housing management operations. The primary responsibilities include:
- Leading legal actions concerning tenancy enforcement.
- Supervising and mentoring the Housing Management Team to ensure tenancy sustainability.
- Conducting final assessments and advising on next steps for tenancies facing eviction risks.
- Supporting Housing Officers and Coordinators in delivering assistance.
- Representing the organization in court proceedings related to housing management.
- Implementing estate management services in line with the Housing Strategy.
- Addressing high-risk complaints regarding antisocial behavior and neighbor disputes.
- Encouraging tenant engagement and collaborating with residents to establish community agreements.
- Monitoring housing management systems and generating reports for enhancements.
- Providing daily oversight of Housing Officers and Coordinators.
- Offering operational support for Independent Living Coordinators.
- Processing requisition orders and ensuring authorized expenditures.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated experience in housing management and tenancy enforcement.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
