We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Services Manager to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers and ensuring they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers, ensuring they are meeting their KPIs and providing support to residents to achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage the budget for your service area, including staffing, equipment, and funded projects.
- Manage Team Leads and work closely with the Maintenance and Domestic teams to ensure properties are turned around quickly for new residents and maintained to a high standard.
- Be proactive in managing personal charges, housing benefit claims, occupancy, and void periods, working closely with the Assessment teams to identify new suitable tenants.
- Previous experience working within housing management.
- Desirable: Driver's license.
