Housing Services Manager Opportunity

Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently recruiting for a Housing Services Manager to join one of our clients in Rugby, Warwickshire, on a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers, ensuring they meet their performance targets and provide residents with the necessary support to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Manage the budget for the service area, including staffing, equipment, and funded projects.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance and Domestic teams to ensure properties are turned around quickly for new residents and maintained to a high standard.
  • Proactively manage personal charges, housing benefit claims, occupancy, and void periods, working closely with the Assessment teams to identify new suitable tenants.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience working within housing management.
  • Desirable: Driver's license.
