We are seeking a skilled Warranty & Service Administrator to join our busy team at ASI Recruitment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in the automotive sector, particularly with service and warranty procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process all service, warranty, and PFL job cards, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Raise pro-forma invoices for quotations and liaise with customers.
  • Reconcile warranty and PFL self-billing invoices (SBIs).
  • Investigate and resolve customer account queries.
  • Conduct risk assessments on warranty and PFL claims.
  • Manage work-in-progress (WIP) levels, ensuring they stay below 250 hours.
  • Liaise with the workshop and parts department to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Submit and manage warranty and PFL claims.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience in the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of service and warranty procedures.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
