**About The Role**:
RAC are recruiting for an experienced **Administrator **to join the **Customer Relations Team** at **Porsche **based in **Reading **on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (potential for this to go permanent).

This is a **part-time **position, working **20 hours per week **(flexible on days, must cover core hours)

**The Porsche Customer Interaction Centre is powered by RAC and embedded at the Head Quarters of Porsche Cars Great Britain in Reading**

As a Customer Relations Hub Administrator with Porsche you will provide quality support in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. Whilst building relationships with key contacts associated with the role and the brand, and deliver a professional level of service to internal and external customers.

As a **Porsche Customer Relations Hub Administrator, **it will be your responsibility to:

- Handle any administrative queries, checking all invoices, analysing against customer database and preparing for sign-off by the manager
- Promote and participate in two-way communication within the team. Ensure onward communication of necessary information with the effective management of communication material from Porsche Cars Great Britain Limited and RAC
- Ownership of Porsche Vehicle Certification programme, including collection of payment, checking for accuracy, processing and sending of certificates
- Answer all enquiries from the Centre Network relating car hire queries
- Organise Town Halls, create agendas and take meeting minutes
- Manage the logistics and communicate weekly team rotas
- Process all goodwill invoices within an agreed timeframe (including self-auth cases) for the UK market on Concur and liaise with Porsche Centres regarding queries
- Sort and distribute incoming post including logging Christophorus and Warranty Letter returns
Manage any queries relating to Certificates of Conformity, Technical Data Sheets, Change of Details, Classic Vehicle Specification
- Complete Car Hire process including updating and extending all rentals and producing the report to be sent to each Porsche Centre
- Cover of all Admin duties when other PCIC Administrator is absent
