About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to join our team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our vehicle technicians and ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
  • Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards
  • Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
  • Increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty-related inquiries
  • Monitor warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates
