We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our Reward team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Reward Manager, this role will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and professional Reward service across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our HR teams to support the execution of HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing for the UK, France, and South Africa, while assisting with additional locations as needed Support the administration of UK benefits, including changes, reporting, and annual insurance renewals Collaborate with Reward Analysts on pension schemes, share options, and our global recognition program Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers regarding Total Reward inquiries, encompassing pay and benefits Partner with the HRIS team to ensure data accuracy and process integrity, including training and supporting HR team members in data management

Your Skills and Qualifications

We seek candidates with prior experience in payroll processing and Reward functions, possessing knowledge of employment taxes, particularly PAYE and NIC. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis is essential, with prior experience in SAP HR & Payroll and/or Success Factors being advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while seeking innovative solutions. Candidates should be working towards CIPD or CIPP qualifications, with a CIPP qualification being a requirement for this role. Support for obtaining this qualification will be provided.
