About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist to join our team at Eden Scott. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our Employee Benefits consultants, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Employee Benefits team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Assist in the coordination of Group Risk Administration, IFA Sales Support, Financial Services Administration, Employee Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits Coordination, and Pensions & Benefits Administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a corporate environment, preferably within an IFA office, Pensions Consultancy, or In-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits, Group Risk, and Pension products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in IT skills and software knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
