Pursue Excellence

We are excited to announce an opening for a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our Reward team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role will be pivotal in managing, enhancing, and executing our comprehensive reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business and people objectives, while driving performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on all reward-related matters, including the annual reward cycle and project initiatives. Develop and refine Edrington's Total Reward philosophy, gaining in-depth knowledge of all components to effectively communicate our employee value proposition. Contribute to the design and execution of innovative reward programs, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic foresight. Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to the Edrington Board, including various leadership committees.

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate extensive expertise in Total Reward and compensation management. Flexibility and agility in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines are essential. Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, is required.
