Your Role

We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our Reward team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Reward Manager, this role will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and professional Reward service to our organization. You will collaborate closely with our HR teams to facilitate the execution of HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing for the UK, France, and South Africa, providing support for additional locations as needed Assist in the administration of UK benefits, including changes, reporting, and annual insurance renewals Collaborate with Reward Analysts on pension schemes, share options, and our global recognition initiatives Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and managers regarding Total Reward inquiries, encompassing pay and benefits Partner with the HRIS team to ensure data accuracy and process integrity, including training and supporting HR team members in data management

Your Qualifications

We seek candidates with prior experience in payroll processing and Reward functions, possessing knowledge of employment taxes, particularly PAYE and NIC. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis is essential, with previous experience in SAP HR & Payroll and/or Success Factors being advantageous. This role demands a highly organized and adaptable individual, capable of meeting tight deadlines and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Candidates should be working towards CIPD or CIPP qualifications, with support provided for obtaining the CIPP qualification as part of the role.

This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to grow across a wide range of reward activities, both locally and through global projects.
