CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Facilities Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Facilities Management sector. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to contribute to our operations.
Key Information:
- Full-time position
- Standard working hours
- Office-based role
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications to ensure a seamless facilities operation.
- Oversee and maintain the Facilities Management Helpdesk communications.
- Coordinate urgent service requests and helpdesk activities.
- Initiate and conclude work orders as necessary.
- Assess daily job requests and assign tasks to the appropriate technicians.
- Assist Office and Contract Managers in achieving departmental goals through effective administration.
- Address any inquiries that may arise during operations.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Conduct daily follow-ups and maintain communication.
- Generate corrective maintenance requests following scheduled maintenance activities.
- Organize daily tasks to ensure all critical functions are completed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk role
- Familiarity with Facilities Management
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge of Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
