The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions. This includes providing administrative support to multiple teams within the organization, coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and maintaining and updating databases and files.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams within the organization
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update databases and files
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle general inquiries, both internally and externally
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
