Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Sygnature Discovery Limited. As a key member of our facilities and procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring, ordering, and replenishment of non-scientific consumables
Reconciliation of facilities order queries with suppliers and/or Finance
Inputting and managing equipment maintenance records, including PAT testing & PPM
Control and facilitation of the archiving of company records
Coordination and reception of external Facilities visitors
Supporting the Laboratory Technician team in various ad-hoc administrative activities
Taking minutes in weekly facilities meetings

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management abilities
Flexible and able to work independently
