About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Good Moves. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and compensation programs
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and address compensation and benefits-related issues and concerns
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
