Lead Client Relationship Manager - Strategic Development

Are you a seasoned expert with a talent for driving growth and managing client partnerships? Adria Solutions Ltd is seeking a Lead Client Relationship Manager - Strategic Development to become a key member of our dynamic team during a period of significant growth.

In this position, you will manage the client relationship function, ensuring that clients derive maximum benefit from our offerings. You will play a crucial role in devising and executing strategies to achieve revenue objectives while delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with our corporate values and culture.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Discover and leverage new business prospects, enhancing our product and service portfolio to meet evolving client demands.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Create and implement customized plans for client accounts to achieve sales goals and promote sustainable growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, addressing their requirements and identifying new opportunities within the Commercial Cards sector.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to guide account strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for major accounts, ensuring effective communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty through outstanding service and value delivery.
  • Forecasting and Analysis: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, contribute to strategic account planning, and conduct regular reviews of account performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development or account management within the Commercial Cards sector.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Capability to work independently while collaborating with an international team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
