What is the essence of this position?

Lead Client Relationship Managers are tasked with providing exceptional client support while strategically selling to their established customer base and enhancing their portfolio's overall growth.

What will my responsibilities include?

Oversee approximately 100 accounts within the Small to Medium Business (SMB) sectorDeliver outstanding client support; promptly and enthusiasticallyExhibit consultative sales methodologies, adeptly handling objections and resolving conflictsAchieve performance-related KPIs and sales objectivesIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings to your clienteleMaintain consistent communication frameworks within your client base, including service evaluations and commercial discussions, some of which will involve stakeholders within the organizationProactively manage contract renewalsEnsure that the solutions and products offered to clients are appropriate for their needsAct as a point of escalation for clients when necessaryMinimize client turnover by ensuring clients feel appreciatedBecome a strategic advisor, guiding clients on products that enhance their operational efficiency and mitigate risksEstablish and nurture key relationships with influencers and decision-makers
