As the Lead Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a variety of commercial insurance portfolios for larger and medium-sized clients. Your role will be crucial in providing comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to diverse client needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in brokerage with a proven success record
- Background in commercial brokerage
- Familiarity with a wide range of commercial insurance products
- Experience in handling various insurance categories
- Previous roles as a Senior Account Handler or Account Executive in a similar brokerage setting
- Proven ability to meet targets within a regulated framework and achieve service level agreements
- Strong risk awareness in managing client information
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards
