Role Overview

  • This is a full-time remote position for a Client Relationship Manager at Alchemy Network. The individual in this role will oversee client interactions, ensuring satisfaction while providing daily operational, administrative, and tactical support in delivering our services. The successful candidate will also assist in facilitating online meetings, crafting written content, and adapting to the dynamic nature of our operations.
  • The position encompasses client engagement (primarily via email), operational tasks (logistics and administration), along with various ad hoc responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality professional administrative support and maintaining excellent communication both internally and with our network of enterprise and technology partners.
  • Managing email inquiries, nurturing relationships with all participating members and stakeholders, and knowing when to escalate issues to colleagues.
  • Providing operational assistance to various teams.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to manage event calendars, ensuring a seamless experience for all members.
  • Offering administrative support for the ongoing management of the membership programme.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, including team leaders, enterprise members, technology partners, and potential new members.
  • Attending events as necessary to support our member community, which may involve occasional overnight travel.
  • Effectively managing a workload characterized by rapid turnaround times and frequently shifting priorities.
  • Exhibiting confidence in leading scripted online meetings with senior representatives from some of the world’s leading brands and agencies.
  • Primarily working from home, with occasional team meetings.

Candidate Profile - Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated administrative experience, with exceptional communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
  • Ability to produce detailed documentation and recognize the importance of accuracy in complex tasks.
  • Capacity to think critically, utilize initiative, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a readiness to tackle challenges.
