**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Mercure Walton Hall Hotel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our front office department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a front office management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
