Ahead Partnership collaborates with businesses and educational institutions to deliver services that engage, inspire, and motivate young individuals regarding skills, career pathways, and future job opportunities.

We design and execute a variety of employability and skills initiatives that allow young people to connect with professionals from various industries.

These initiatives aim to elevate aspirations, enhance career awareness, cultivate essential skills, boost confidence, and expand professional networks.


In recent years, we have expanded our reach through hybrid formats, offering activities both online and in-person, ranging from mock interviews to site visits.

We also conceptualize and execute large-scale signature events focused on specific sectors such as technology, sustainability, or professional services.

These events encourage young individuals to explore career options in these fields through an engaging and informative agenda.

We provide attractive hourly and daily rates. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be offered. Experience working with youth, in educational settings, or in teaching roles is advantageous.

Activity Planning Responsibilities:
Collaborate as part of a broader project team to prepare and plan activities
Conduct planning discussions with stakeholders to ensure all logistical and delivery aspects are addressed
Perform administrative tasks to support the projects you are involved in
Coordinate with an Ahead Partnership staff member prior to the event
Ensure event venues are arranged according to specifications
Lead and facilitate the session from beginning to end, including managing time and collecting feedback
Demonstrate adaptability to various scenarios while managing the event
Provide post-event reports to the relevant Ahead Partnership contact
Exhibit strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience working with young individuals, particularly those aged 11-16 years
Extensive experience in delivering presentations, training, or workshops to large groups and facilitating discussions

While not mandatory, we are also interested in candidates with experience in managing complex activity programs or teams to deliver events.
