NCN Health is seeking a dedicated Engagement Coordinator to enhance our Social Support Program. This role is essential in delivering high-quality activity initiatives, including group-oriented social and physical exercise sessions for eligible clients under various funding frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
The Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in promoting and improving the social, psychological, and physical well-being of participants through the facilitation of therapeutic activities.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Mandatory Covid-19 vaccination.
- Completion of Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Services, Disability, Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy, Nursing, or Allied Health Assistance.
- A strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals, those with disabilities, and their caregivers.
- Proven ability to empower clients in decision-making and activity planning processes.
