About the role:

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Change Grow Live as a Recovery and Engagement Coordinator. You will be working in a community and prison setting, delivering effective engagement, harm reduction, and recovery-focused interventions to service users with drug and alcohol issues.

About you:

  • You will have an excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working in the criminal justice or related field.
  • You will be able to work unsociable hours as and when required.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with good IT skills.
  • You will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative with excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
  • You will have a good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice.
  • You will be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
