Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-functional teams in coordinating recovery activities and ensuring minimal downtime and service disruptions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for major IT incidents.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and partners to fix and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and ensure IT recovery plans align with business continuity strategies.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of IT infrastructures, including servers, networks, databases, cloud environments, etc.
  • Familiarity with incident management and business continuity software.
  • Demonstrable experience leading recovery teams in high-pressure situations.
  • Technical skills, preferably exposure to SPLUNK and Dynatrace monitoring tools, Service Now, Jira, ITIL, Scrum, and Kanban.
