We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Recovery Specialist to join our Contract Services Claims & Disputes team. This role anticipates that the applicant will work from their local office as a base to continue our UK team cohesion.

The ideal candidate will have a construction-related degree qualification and/or legal qualification, with experience in leading the pursuit of claims up or down the supply-chain, leading to successful negotiated resolution of the same.

Key responsibilities include critically analysing project and major programme performance, identifying root causes of those elements in distress, and developing a contract and commercial strategy to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes in line with Client outcomes.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
