Salary and Benefits

£30,000 to £34,000 per annum, plus 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), income-boosting incentives, employer's workplace pension, and more.

About the Role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes establishing project objectives, procuring necessary materials and teams, developing timelines and schedules, and overseeing all work done as part of the project.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of quality standards, and experience working with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate project performance
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior tradesmen
  • Identify, appoint, and manage subcontractors
  • Ensure site security and health & safety measures
  • Closing the project and ensuring all objectives have been met
