Job Description:

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that relevant work documentation (RAMS, ITP's, etc.) are in place and approved prior to works commencing, and ensuring that they are implemented throughout the project. You will also manage TQ's with subcontractors and ensure responses are provided within the contractual period of reply.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in UK building service installation and commissioning specifically in security systems, fire systems, lighting, LV electrical distribution boards, hot/cold water systems, HVAC, etc. A qualification in NVQ in Building Services or HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required. Additionally, a CSCS card is necessary.

This is a great opportunity to work on a long-term, high-profile project in Scotland. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
