Multidisciplinary Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Multidisciplinary Team Lead in the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The post holder will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, assessing care needs, evaluating care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children.
They will also manage the Recovery and Theatre Departments, including supervision and deployment of staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registration with a relevant health profession council
- Experience working in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
