Leadership Position

Benson Mack Search is seeking a Sustainable Development Lead to join their team. This role involves leading and managing a multidisciplinary planning team, working on projects spanning onshore wind, solar, battery storage, and grid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Planning Director in managing the workload of the planning team.
  • Raise the profile of the business through attendance at events, website development, marketing, and social media.
  • Undertake business development through the preparation of tenders, consolidating relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Town Planning, Geography, Environmental Management).
  • Excellent knowledge of planning process including current methods, legislation, techniques, and guidance.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
