Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to supporters and community fundraisers, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience with Alzheimer Scotland.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of supporter interactions and fundraising activities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with supporters and community fundraisers, promoting our organization's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of fundraising efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
