About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships professional to join our team at Experis as a Partnerships Development Manager. This is a 18-month PAYE contract, and we are looking for someone who can work 100% remotely from the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our clients' Partnership ecosystem across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company and make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Ecosystem Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain our partner ecosystem across the EMEA region.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our partners.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and enablement to our partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven technical expertise in the Microsoft tech stack, particularly Copilot.
  • Coaching and Pre-Sales Skills: Excellent coaching and pre-sales skills to drive successful outcomes for both partners and customers.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and present to SLTs.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to navigate and leverage partner programs and resources.
  • Previous Consulting Experience: Previous consulting experience, preferably in a similar role.
