Prospectus is proud to be working exclusively with the charity Inspire to help them recruit a Partnerships Manager. Inspire, based in East London, inspires children and young people across London and beyond, using data to understand the barriers they face, connecting them with a range of employers and opportunities to open doors to their success.

About the Role

The Partnerships Manager is a key role within the charity, working alongside the Director of Business Development and Partnerships to help form strategy and raise funds from a range of income sources such as corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and community fundraising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure, manage, and develop partnerships via different avenues, from initial prospect research through to contracting and ongoing management.
  • Work with the Director of Business Development and Partnerships to develop and implement strategies for securing funding and partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships and fundraising.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, trusts, and foundations.
