About the Role
We're seeking a Deputy Manager who is enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of our pub. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience. You'll also be committed to your career in hospitality and be eager to develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members
- Contribute to the development of our menu and services
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Deputy Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You'll be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and inspire our team to achieve their best.
