Position Overview:
Apple Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Senior Human Resources Consultant specializing in Employee Relations. This role is essential in assisting HR Business Partners in delivering effective HR solutions and support throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior HR Consultant, you will:

  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to management, focusing on the effective handling of grievance, disciplinary actions, workplace dignity, and attendance management.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including other Senior HR Consultants and the broader HR team.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Employee Relations Team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive business cases, tenders, and quotations in accordance with financial and procurement regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service, taking ownership of inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Represent HR Business Partners as needed and offer support to fellow Senior HR Consultants to maintain operational resilience.
  • Uphold and promote the reputation and public image of the organization through professional conduct.
  • Adhere to all organizational frameworks, policies, and procedures, particularly those related to legal compliance, including equality and health and safety.
  • Engage in project work as directed by HR Business Partners, applying sound project management principles.
  • Participate in recruitment activities in alignment with organizational resourcing policies.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree-level qualification (Level 6) in Human Resource Management.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a Human Resources role, providing professional advice on employee relations.
  • A Level 5 qualification in Human Resources.
  • At least three years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Significant expertise in at least four of the following areas: HR Policy Development, HR Project Delivery, and a thorough understanding of current employment legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • A valid UK driving license or access to transportation to fulfill job requirements.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is competitive.
