Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert guidance on HR-related inquiries and provide strategic advice
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the organization, delivering professional HR counsel
- Facilitate performance evaluation processes and company-wide recognition initiatives
- Oversee employee relations matters and assist management in resolving issues
- Keep abreast of employment laws and ensure HR policies are up-to-date
- Coordinate monthly reviews of cases and support organizational change efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with CIPD accreditation and a commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality HR support and managing employee relations
- Proficient in collaborative work, mentoring less experienced managers, and resolving complex challenges
- Exceptional communication skills, strong relationship management capabilities, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
