Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Thornbury area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with cerebral palsy and complex needs to develop their independence and reach their full potential.

About the Role
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults with complex needs
  • NVQ or QCF level 3 in Adult Social Care (desirable)
  • Passion for supporting individuals to achieve their goals
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
