Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Thornbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and Down syndrome in a supported living service.
The service is based on a complex with five individual homes, where residents enjoy a range of activities, including animal care, gardening, and arts and crafts. You will work closely with the team to provide daily support, including personal care, and assist with domestic duties.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as baking, cooking, and personal care
- Participate in activities, including animal care, gardening, and arts and crafts
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
- Assist with domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
Shifts are available weekdays from 17:30-22:00 and weekends from 7:00-17:30 or 17:30-22:00. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about supporting others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
