Key Responsibilities- Encourage and support young people to develop independence and take responsibility for their own lives.
- Maintain a safe and homely environment, promoting a friendly culture and atmosphere.
- Deal with challenging behaviors in a safe and sympathetic manner.
- Provide personal care and support as required.
- Promote independence and well-being, ensuring the safety of service users.
- Stay up-to-date with individual care plans, guidelines, and preferred methods of communication.
- Experience working as an adult support worker in a similar setting is desirable.
- NVQ or QCF level 3 in Adult Social Care is an advantage.
- A passion for supporting people with complex needs is essential.
- Must be a driver, as travel between sites may be required.
- Must be over 18 years old.
- A competitive salary of £23,920 - £27,820 per annum.
- A comprehensive training package, including ongoing face-to-face training and CPD planning.
