About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team in Thornbury, supporting young people with cerebral palsy and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our service users develop independence and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and take responsibility for their own lives.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in the residential setting.
  • Provide personal care and support as needed.
  • Support service users to develop independence and promote their wellbeing.
  • Ensure the safety and security of service users and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an adult support worker in a similar setting is desirable.
  • NVQ or QCF level 3 in Adult Social Care is an advantage.
  • A passion for supporting people with complex needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel between sites.
